Trained chemists are solely employed to continually seek out Suppliers able to offer new materials for evaluation and test. All development chemists must undergo at least 2 years of training in Manufacture and Quality control. They must also have qualifications pertaining to their field, through study, before moving into the prestigious Product development department. If the candidate does not have the required results Greenfield Polymers will openly seek to further their understanding by supporting further study.

In addition all Technical Sales staff have at least 3 years training in product manufacture, development and internal sales. Technical sales are trained to continually seek out new and exciting applications, using the support of the innovative product development teams regular internal meeting and publications programme.

Using the training programme Greenfield Polymers position as a market leader has been gained without the need to employ any other Organisations technological assets. This ensures the Client a unique product where emphasis on Quality and leading edge technology is placed above that of similarity.
