Greenfield polymers also offer a full range of products to assist in the production, application and processing of the organisations resin systems. These include cleaning products, release agents, catalysts, flushing agents, primers, bonding agents and pigments. Greenfield Polymers can also offer raw ingredients used in the manufacture of Epoxy, Polyurethane and Silicone compounds.

Using its many years of research and development Greenfield Polymers have located some of the best ancillary products to assist clients in ensuring products are produced as safely and cost effectively as possible. These encompass every chemical eventuality from set up through to manufacture.

  • FLUSHING AGENTS/CLEANING PRODUCTS - Greenfield Polymers Ltd supply a comprehensive range of flushing agents / solvent cleaners.
  • DECONTAMINATION/SPILL KITS - Details here on decontamination kits.
  • RELEASE AGENTS - For molding and casting applications release agent is required to stop adhesion of the product with the mould. Greenfield Polymers can provide a wide range of silicone and non silicone release agents in either bulk or aerosol form. Please ask for technical advice as to the most suitable release agent for your product.
  • PRIMERS/BONDING AGENTS – Greenfield Polymers supply a variety of primers for improving the bonding strength where adhesion is optimum. Greenfield Polymers can also use test and analysis equipment in order to determine the improvements made.
  • CATALYSTS – In certain cases clients desire flexibility to alter reaction, cure and demould times in their production environment. Greenfield Polymers is responsive to this need and offers a select service where will supply either additional or differing catalyst as a third component and advise the client as to the additions. This service is only available on Polyurethane and Silicone and to current clients.
  • PIGMENTS – Greenfield Polymers offer a full pigmentation service either as supplied or for the client to make their own additions. The pigmentation service is only available to existing clients.
